Bruno Barradas
Bruno Barradas is a global business-development and partnerships leader with 15+ years scaling software and content platforms across NA, LatAm, EMEA, and APAC. At Adobe he led global business-development teams, launched the company’s first generative-AI partner program for custom dataset production, and built a large-scale pipeline of rights-cleared training assets that supported a key product launch. He is known for data-driven operating models, complex deal structuring, and hands-on leadership of distributed teams. Bruno is trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and pairs rigorous analysis with local-market insight to grow ARR and open new regions. As Founder and Managing Director of Kairos Aureum, he works with founders and CROs to craft go-to-market playbooks, stand up high-leverage channel ecosystems, and accelerate international expansion.
