Kairos Aureum, LLC ("Kairos," "I," or "me") operates kairosaureum.com. This notice explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

When you submit the Discuss your situation form, the site collects:
- Your name
- Your email
- Your company and role
- The business situation, improvement, or decision you describe
- Your timing, if you choose to provide it
The hosting and form systems may also process basic technical information needed to deliver, protect, and understand use of the inquiry path, such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, referring page or domain, source and campaign parameters included in the link, and security or error logs.
Do not submit confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, regulated, or legally restricted information through the public form.
2. How information is used
Kairos uses the information to:
- Review and respond to your inquiry
- Determine whether a Kairos engagement may fit
- Prepare requested scope and contracting steps
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the site
- Keep a limited record of inquiry and offer-validation patterns
Submitting the form does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or confidential relationship.
3. Sharing and service providers
Kairos may share information with service providers that host the site, deliver the form, protect the site, or support business email and records. Those providers may process information only for the services they provide and under their own applicable terms.
Kairos does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Kairos may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a business transaction involving the practice, subject to applicable safeguards.
4. Retention
An inquiry that does not become an engagement may be retained for up to 12 months to respond, prevent duplicate follow-up, and evaluate the offer, then deleted or de-identified unless law requires longer retention.
If an engagement begins, information is handled under the applicable agreement, data-handling terms, and business-record retention requirements.
Technical and security logs are retained according to the hosting and form providers' operational settings. Kairos will configure those settings for the shortest period reasonably consistent with security and troubleshooting.
5. Security
Kairos uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information collected. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so do not submit sensitive or confidential information through the public form.
6. Your choices
You may ask Kairos to provide, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to legal, security, contractual, and business-record requirements.
