1. Informational purpose

The site describes Bruno Barradas, Kairos, Business Operations and Strategy advisory, and the Operating Decision Sprint. Site content is general business information. It is not legal, financial, employment, tax, security, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.

Kairos may provide operating analysis and recommendations under a signed engagement. The client retains responsibility for management decisions, implementation, and review by its legal, financial, employment, security, compliance, or other specialists. No particular outcome is guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site text, design, graphics, templates, and other original materials are owned by Kairos or used with permission. You may view the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from the site or its materials without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Kairos Aureum and associated branding may not be used to imply endorsement, affiliation, or permission.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Interfere with the site's operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Submit unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or infringing material
